If you’re walking around at dusk, you may see the Badgers frolicking around in the fields. Broc (The Scottish name for Badger) Cottage is named after our friends who live on the farm, we liked them so much that we too have black and white stripes in the Wet Room.

The Single storey, three bedroomed cottage, has its own outdoor hot tub in an enclosed garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying a Barbeque.  Broc cottage has a large open plan living room/ kitchen/dining area. Double bedroom with, en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Twin Bedroom, Double Bedroom.

Broc cottage is designed especially with our less abled visitors in mind.  With French doors to living area, a large Wet Room, with shower, toilet, and Hand basin.  Car Parking is available adjacent to the path, to allow wheelchair access as well.

Broc cottage. Perfect for the family getaway and base to enjoy the local area, or to simply relax, chill out and enjoy the view.  The cottage is heated by our Biomass Wood Boiler,

Warm, pleasant, comfortable cottage, on friendly and interesting farm. Welcoming and helpful owners who are on site and also run the farm. The hot tub was very welcome after mountain biking, great as the Dalbeattie 7 stanes Trail is just over a mile from the cottage.
