Sleeping up to 10 persons, the Suffolk cottage is the largest of our properties.
The Double storey, five bedroomed cottage, is the perfect cottage for a group or family get together in a cosy modern environment. Suffolk cottage has its own outdoor hot tub in an enclosed garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying a Barbeque. Suffolk cottage has a large open plan living room/ kitchen/dining area, on the ground floor, along with a Double bedroom and Twin Bedroom, A large Shower room with Wash hand basin and Toilet.
On the first floor, Suffolk cottage has a Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, King Sized bed 6ft Zip and Link (which can be made into two 3ft single beds if requested). A large Lounge area, and a bathroom, with hand basin and toilet.

This is our second visit to Meiklebob, I must say this really is my happy place. My son loves out on the farm looking at the farm animals and exploring, the cottages are amazing and myself and my husband love chilling at night in the hot-tub way watching the stars. Will be back again in the spring
We are just back from our second visit to Meiklebob Cottages and this time we took the husbands and children for a wee winter break between Xmas and New Year. We stayed in the Suffolk Cottage and also the Sweetheart Cottage and again we were not disappointed. Cottages are always clean on arrival. Kids loved the hot tub and the Suffolk is a great size for a large group looking forward to returning again xx
Just back from a fantastic weekend at cottages. A group of 30 of us in 6 cottages surprised my sister for her 40th birthday. Setting was absolutely beautiful, nothing compares to sitting In a hot tub in November as a goat walks past. Alex was lovely and took us all with he kids to feed the animals on the farm. would definitely return!
We had an amazing long weekend here for my Mums 60th Birthday and everyone of all ages had so much fun!!! We can't wait to go again and visit. Dane and Co do an amazing job and made us all feel so welcome. Something for all ages even my Granda who's 91 had a ball. Thanks again we loved it guys x
Warm, pleasant, comfortable cottage, on friendly and interesting farm. Welcoming and helpful owners who are on site and also run the farm. The hot tub was very welcome after mountain biking, great as the Dalbeattie 7 stanes Trail is just over a mile from the cottage.
